 To become a Heartland Growers customer, please complete our New Customer Application and the Tax Exemption Certificate.  

Qualified buyers must be one of the following:

1. Retailers, Wholesalers, or manufacturers
2. Non-Profit Organizations with Exempt Status
3. Other businesses with Indiana State Tax Exempt Number

 In addition, the following applies:

* State Tax or Non-profit number on file
* $100.00 minimum purchase
* Cash or Company checks, MasterCard, Visa, American Express accepted.
* Charging of invoices only available with pre-established credit.
* Prices and availability is subject to change.
